Excellent catch on the National Energy article!

JB I knew that when I went from bald Brigdstones 245X16 to full tread Michelin 265X16 that I would lost MPG, Remember NASCR runs bald tires for a reason. When you increase tire traction (friction) you hurt the MPG of course going up a size hurts you again. I didn't expect to lose 2 MPG, but oh well I sure look cool now :)

JB its a Duramax deisel so very little other then #2 diesel fuel available, which is fine with me

JB I put new tires on the truck a couple weeks ago, went up in size from the 245 16's to 265 16's Michelin LTX, and it dropped my mileage about two miles per gal.
