Maybe with the added job you can stash something away, and you need to do that no matter what. Prices on the rise on gas again, and it shouldn't be, but that's what manipulation does, as it's not speculation doing it.

Your right, they have pretty much already killed off the lower middle class.

It's only a matter of time bud before those gas taxes are placed on us, before more people are paying a tax or usage tax on their hybrids or EV or other taxes and fees those in government have in store for us. It's all going to happen. So save your money while you can. I'm hoping that gas goes down a bit more here after the last of the month before they push it up on us and initiate the new taxes.
